Our project accountants collaborate with project managers and project executives to develop and maintain accounting functions for multiple projects and customers at a time.

Our project accountants collaborate with project managers and project executives to develop and maintain accounting functions for multiple projects and customers at a time.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with project managers to manage project budgets, including reporting variances, and prepare compilation of billing for project owners/representatives.
- Coordinate the processing of owner billings and applications based on contractual guidelines.
- Responsible for ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reviews/analysis of submitted reports from other team members.
- A degree in accounting or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, meet critical deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and client service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Excel) and adaptability to industry related accounting software.
